Do you buy merchandise outright?
Greene Street does not buy merchandise outright. Consignor will receive 40% commission.
Do you accept vintage pieces?
Greene Street does not accept vintage pieces at this time.
Does it matter what time of year it is to consign?
Yes please refer to our seasonal consignment schedule.
How do you decide on prices?
Greene Street is experienced in pricing items. We do not negotiate prices.
What if my address changes?
call the location of which you consigned with any address changes prior to your claim date.
When will I receive payment for my items which have sold?
A check will be mailed 10 days after your claim date. With mailing time, you should receive it within 14 days.
Problems with Payment?
We will not accept inquiries unless it has been 14 days since your claim date. If 14 days has past, please email accounting@greenestreetconsignment.com
What happens to my items that do not sell?
Items become shop property after the claim date. Greene Street does not pay for items that are lost, stolen, or mistagged.
